We have experience delivering unique professional development experiences for blue chip organisations..
Working collaboratively with you, we can co-curate experiential learning that sees your teams taking on an activity it is likely they have never tried before – such as beat boxing, song writing, rap lyric writing & performance, DJing, music production or other forms of urban arts.
With youth culture at the core of our ethos, we bring in young people to work together with delegates, which can challenge and educate your leaders beyond their imagination.
The process is simple – but the outcomes demonstrate increased likelihood of better team communication, positivity and connection with both each other and people from other socio-economic demographics.
Urban Arts Experience facilitators will lead your delegates, and engage them in challenging exercises that produce invaluable results for all involved. With a focus on self-expression through the arts, our facilitators are able to open dialogues in novel ways, which can work to tackle various issues in the workplace. We experiment with a variety of activities throughout the programme including singing and song writing, dance, rap, production, graffiti, beat boxing, music and video production, and performance.
Our facilitators are agile with a great understanding of working with diverse personalities and group dynamics; this allows for a level of trust to be built that ensures everyone feels involved and remains engaged, thus, bringing out full potential in an indirect and fun method.
